The HR Generalist supports a wide range of human resources functions including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance management, training, and benefits administration.
Responsibilities
Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Support recruitment and onboarding efforts.
Manage employee relations matters.
Assist with performance management processes.
Coordinate employee training programs.
Maintain HR records and ensure compliance.
Support benefits administration and payroll functions.
Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
2+ years of HR experience.
Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
