We specialize in residential and commercial roofing, completing 300+ roofs per year with a team of 40+ employees. We are growing fast and looking to bring on an experienced, motivated roofing sales professional to join our team.

Position Overview
We are looking for a highly driven and knowledgeable Roofing Sales Representative with hands-on experience in the roofing industry. Candidate must be comfortable meeting homeowners, inspecting roofs, creating proposals, and closing deals. You will receive steady leads daily and will also be expected to generate additional opportunities through follow-ups and networking.

Responsibilities
• Conduct roof inspections and evaluate customer needs
• Present estimates and detailed scopes of work
• Close contracts and maintain high customer satisfaction
• Follow up on all leads (provided + self-generated)
• Work closely with office staff, project managers, and ownership
• Maintain professionalism while representing the company
• Attend weekly sales meetings (Fridays @ 12pm) and monthly owner meetings

Requirements
• Roofing sales experience REQUIRED
• Strong understanding of roofing systems (tile, shingle, metal, flat roofing, repairs)
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Ability to climb ladders and walk roofs
• Self-motivated, organized, and hungry to earn
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
