🔧 NOW HIRING — PART-TIME/FULL TIME BBQ CLEANING TECHNICIAN

We’re a small, growing BBQ cleaning and repair business looking for a reliable, hardworking person to join the team.
This starts as a part-time W-2 position during our slower season, with the potential to become full-time (30–40 hours/week) as business picks up.
The Job
You’ll typically work 5 days per week and complete 2 jobs per day, with shifts generally running 5–8 hours depending on the day’s schedule.
Responsibilities include:
BBQ cleaning and detailing
BBQ installations and maintenance
General BBQ-related service work
Loading and transporting tools and equipment
Providing professional customer service
Tracking mileage for work-related driving
This is a physical, hands-on job. Heavy lifting is frequent, and you’ll regularly work around grease, dirt, insects, rodents, and heavily neglected BBQs.
Pay & Training
Starting pay: $20/hour
Paid weekly via direct deposit
W-2 employee
Training provided — approximately 1–2 weeks of hands-on training with me
After training and a 90-day probationary period, pay can be reviewed based on performance, reliability, work ethic, and initiative
Mileage reimbursement provided in accordance with California requirements
What We’re Looking For
No prior experience is required. I’ll teach you the work, but you need to be someone who:
Is reliable and consistently on time
Is hardworking and willing to learn
Pays attention to detail
Can work independently after training
Communicates well with customers
Can frequently lift 80+ lbs
Has a valid driver’s license
Has a small truck or SUV available for work use
I have a manual truck to use for work if you can’t drive manual you will need a small truck or small SUV for the job.
The truck/SUV requirement is currently necessary because you’ll need to transport small tools and equipment such as a shop vac, hand tools, tarps, and other supplies. This requirement may change once we add another fleet vehicle.

Weekends may be required
Part-time during the slower season, with potential for 30–40 hours/week during the busy season
