We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, dependable, and comfortable taking ownership of projects.
The ideal candidate will have experience with:
• Buildium property management software
• Multifamily leasing and tenant relations
• Property management and day-to-day property operations
• Vendor and contractor management
• Apartment renovations and remodeling projects
• Construction coordination
• Building departments, permits, and city inspections
• Reviewing bids, scopes of work, and contractor proposals
• Following projects from initial request through final completion
A construction background is highly desirable. You do not need to be a contractor, but you should be comfortable walking a property with contractors, understanding basic construction terminology, identifying what work needs to be completed, and coordinating with city inspectors and vendors.
