THE JOB:
You’ll be responsible for your own residential pool service route throughout South Orange County.
Your day will include:
• Cleaning and maintaining residential pools and spas
• Testing and balancing water chemistry
• Inspecting pool equipment
• Identifying and reporting problems
• Communicating professionally with clients
• Completing service reports and photos
• Managing your route independently
This is an outdoor, physical job. You’ll work independently for most of the day and travel from property to property in a company truck.

This is a great job for someone who likes working independently, staying active, and being responsible for their own day. But it is not an easy paycheck. You’re outside every day, you’re moving from stop to stop, and once you’re trained, we expect you to manage your route without someone standing over your shoulder.
Reliability is extremely important. Our clients are counting on us every week, which means we’re counting on you to show up, be on time, communicate, and get the job done correctly even when nobody is watching.
You don’t need pool experience. You DO need a strong work ethic, personal accountability, attention to detail, and the ability to stay productive on your own.
If you’re looking for a job where you can coast, regularly call out, move at your own pace regardless of the workload, or need constant supervision to stay on task, this probably isn’t the right position for you.
If you like being trusted to work independently, take pride in doing things correctly, and want to be rewarded for being dependable, you’ll probably do very well here.

• Lives within approximately 20 minutes of South Orange County
