We are looking for reliable and hardworking Day Porters to join our multifamily property maintenance team!
Day Porter Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and appearance of apartment community common areas.
Clean and maintain breezeways, hallways, stairways, sidewalks, and entry areas.
Pick up trash and debris throughout the property.
Clean and maintain pool areas, patios, and other amenity areas.
Empty trash cans and replace liners as needed.
Sweep, mop, dust, and pressure wash common areas.
Help keep the property grounds clean and presentable.
Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or property damage to management.
Assist with light landscaping and general property cleanup.
Help prepare common areas for resident events and community activities.
Follow all property safety and cleanliness standards.
Provide friendly and professional service to residents and staff.
Ideal Candidate:
Reliable and punctual.
Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical labor.
Previous apartment/multifamily or janitorial experience is a plus.
Must have good attention to detail and take pride in keeping the property clean.
