Role
Support the Project Manager with daily coordination and field execution on commercial plumbing projects. The position combines office and jobsite responsibilities, including crew coordination, material tracking, documentation, and project logistics.
Responsibilities
Coordinate field activities with crews, GCs, vendors, and clients.
Track labor, materials, deliveries, and jobsite logistics.
Monitor project progress and flag potential schedule or cost issues.
Support safety, quality, and company standards in the field.
Maintain project documentation, including photos, field notes, and reports.
Assist the PM with project administration and field coordination.
Requirements
1–3 years of construction or field coordination experience.
Basic understanding of plumbing or mechanical construction.
Highly organized and self-directed, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
Strong communication and people-management skills, with experience supporting field teams and maintaining customer relationships.
Comfortable using tablets, smartphones and Bluebeam.
Willingness to travel between job sites.
Spanish bilingual is a plus.
