Palladium Autos in Anaheim is hiring an experienced Finance Manager / Deal Processor to join our growing dealership.
Requirements:
* Previous dealership experience required
* Strong knowledge of DealerCenter
* Experience with California DMV paperwork and Quick Tags
* Experience submitting and funding deals with banks and lenders
* Ability to structure both cash and finance deals
* Knowledge of contracts, title work, lender stipulations, funding, and compliance
* Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
* Respond to incoming internet and phone leads
* Make outbound calls and follow up with potential customers
* Set, confirm, and manage customer appointments
* Follow up with leads consistently to bring customers into the dealership
* Assist customers with vehicle questions and available inventory
* Work with the sales team to schedule test drives and appointments
* Maintain accurate lead notes and follow-up activity in the CRM
* Provide professional customer service by phone, text, and in person
* Help convert leads and appointments into vehicle sales
* Follow up with missed appointments and reschedule customers
* Process retail cash and finance deals from start to finish
* Submit loan packages to banks and follow up for approvals
* Complete DMV paperwork and Quick Tags accurately
* Ensure all deals are funded promptly
* Work closely with the sales team to deliver an excellent customer experience
