ABOUT THE WORK:
This is
not a traditional restaurant position at one fixed location.
Our team supports a wide variety of events and hospitality operations throughout Orange County, including:
• Corporate Events
• Weddings & Galas
• University Events
• Private Parties
• Catered Events
• Hotels & Resorts
• Country Clubs
• Corporate Dining & Workplace Events
Each shift may take place at a different venue or client location based on the assignments you choose to accept.
SERVER RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE:
• Setting up and breaking down event spaces
• Serving plated meals, buffets and passed appetizers
• Providing professional guest service
• Clearing tables and maintaining clean service areas
• Following client instructions and event standards
BARTENDER RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE:
• Setting up, operating and breaking down event bars
• Preparing beer, wine and mixed drinks based on the assignment
• Providing friendly and efficient guest service
• Following responsible alcohol-service requirements
• Maintaining a clean, organized and properly stocked bar
WE ARE LOOKING FOR TEAM MEMBERS WHO ARE:
• Reliable and punctual
• Professional and hospitality-focused
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
• Team-oriented
• Flexible and adaptable between venues and assignments
• Able to follow attire, grooming and client-service standards
Previous banquet, catering, restaurant, hotel, country club or corporate dining experience is strongly preferred.
🚨🚨🚨Because many of our events take place on evenings and weekends, applicants must be available to work
at least two Saturdays per month during our busy season.🚨🚨🚨
Bartender applicants must meet all applicable age and responsible beverage-service requirements.
PAY RANGE:
$20 per hour starting
Pay may vary based on position, assignment, experience and client or event requirements.
