Quality Control Manager – Geomembrane Lining Systems
Anaheim, CA | $90,000–$110,000 DOE | Extensive nationwide travel required | Bilingual English/Spanish required
EFI/ECA installs geomembrane lining systems where failure is not an option. We are hiring a Quality Control Manager to own quality in the field — serving as our on-site quality representative to the customer, design engineer, and third-party CQA firm, and delivering a leak-free installation on every project.
What you'll do
Lead quality control in the field and manage a team of up to 20 QC Technicians
Oversee all destructive and non-destructive seam testing per ASTM D6392, D5820, D5641, D6365 and GRI-GM13/GM19
Review specifications, build project QC plans, and prepare and submit panel layout drawings for approval
Maintain daily documentation, AutoCAD as-builts, and final closeout submittal packages
Train and mentor QC technicians — and exercise stop-work authority when quality is at risk
What you need
IAGI-qualifying experience (3 years / 3,000,000 SF) preferred — we will train the right candidate
Bilingual English/Spanish: must read, write, and communicate in both — required
Willingness to travel to project sites anywhere in the U.S., including extended stays away from home — required
AutoCAD experience and above-average Excel skills
Valid driver's license, good driving record, drug/alcohol free
Able to work outdoors in all weather and on rough terrain
