Duties

Host live streaming sessions on Whatnot and TikTok, demonstrating products and engaging viewers in real-time.
Develop captivating content tailored for social media platforms, including videos, graphics, and posts using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Monitor social media platforms’ performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Social media analytics, and marketing online analytics to optimize content strategies.
Manage social media accounts with scheduling tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer to ensure consistent posting and audience interaction.
Conduct social listening to gather insights on audience preferences, trending topics, and brand sentiment to inform content creation and marketing strategies.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop branding initiatives and promotional campaigns utilizing Facebook Advertising and other paid media channels.
Engage with followers through comments, messages, and community management to build strong relationships and enhance brand loyalty.
Proofread all content for accuracy and brand consistency before publishing; edit videos using media editing tools for high-quality production.
Stay updated on the latest trends in social media marketing, video editing, graphic design, photography, and digital marketing performance monitoring to continuously improve content quality.
Qualifications

Proven experience as a live streamer on Whatnot and TikTok with a strong portfolio of engaging content.
Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar applications.
Skilled in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite for creating eye-catching visuals.
Knowledge of SEO strategies, social listening techniques, web analytics (Google Analytics), and digital marketing performance monitoring.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect authentically with diverse audiences across multiple platforms.
Experience in video editing and media editing tools to produce high-quality live streams and promotional videos.
Strong understanding of social media content creation best practices including branding, proofreading, photography, and content writing.
Ability to analyze social media data to measure campaign success and optimize future efforts effectively.
Passion for digital marketing trends with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills related to social media content marketing.
