Enviro-Master of North Orange County is growing, and we're looking for dependable, hardworking Commercial Cleaning & Facility Services Technicians to join our team.
We have opportunities for both entry-level commercial cleaning technicians and experienced floor care technicians.

PAY
Commercial Cleaning Technician:
$20/hour starting pay for candidates without commercial cleaning experience. Higher pay may be considered based on relevant experience.
Floor Care Cleaning Technician:
$22–$24/hour, depending on experience.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
You'll travel to different customer locations throughout Orange County and provide a variety of commercial cleaning and facility services, including:
• Clean and sanitize commercial facilities, including restaurants, retail locations, offices, automotive facilities, recreational venues, and other businesses
• Install and repair soap, paper towel, and restroom dispensers
• Deliver restroom and other supplies
• Maintain and properly care for company equipment
• Perform floor cleaning and related facility services
• Operate professional cleaning equipment such as Kaivac, auto scrubbers, carpet extractors, and other equipment
• Manage your assigned service route via route management application
• Assist with other services and responsibilities as needed to provide outstanding customer service
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Reliable, dependable, and self-motivated
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively
• Experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial services, facility maintenance, or another hands-on service industry is a plus
• Floor Care Technician candidates must have at least 3 years of commercial floor care experience
• Prior route/service experience preferred but not required
• Comfortable using basic hand tools
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Available to work early mornings, weekends — no overnight shifts
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and regularly bend, stand, walk, and move throughout the workday
• Must own a smartphone
• English required; bilingual is a plus
• Clean driving record (no moving violations, at-fault accidents, suspensions, DUI); a motor vehicle report is completed prior to any job offer
