Job Summary
The Finish Line Associate is responsible for completing final-stage production tasks, ensuring all products meet quality standards before shipment. This role involves assembly work, application of materials, use of hand and power tools, and thorough inspection and packaging of finished goods.
Key Responsibilities
Perform assembly tasks in the finish line area, including working with pre-punched aluminum parts
Apply wallcovering materials to panels with accuracy and attention to detail
Assemble aluminum components around panels according to specifications
Cut and install seals as required
Conduct final inspections to ensure product quality and compliance with standards
Package completed products safely and efficiently for shipment
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
Tools & Equipment Used
Small angle grinders
Sanders
Phillips screwdrivers
Air-powered drill guns
Air-powered staplers
Circular saws
Miter saws (with proper training)
Qualifications
Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or a similar role preferred
Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Ability to follow instructions and read basic diagrams or work orders
Good manual dexterity and physical stamina
Willingness to work extended hours and Saturdays as needed
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift and move materials as required
Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
Work Environment
Industrial / manufacturing setting
Exposure to machinery and noise; proper PPE required
Additional Notes
Training will be provided for specialized equipment such as miter saws and other tools as needed. Safety compliance is mandatory at all times.
