SERVICE LEADER (FOH Management)

FULL-TIME | UP TO $27/HOUR including tips and bonus
The Stand is a fast-casual restaurant built around great food,
genuine hospitality, and creating an exceptional guest experience. We are
looking for a Service Leader / Assistant Restaurant Manager
who enjoys leading people, being hands-on, and creating a positive environment
for both guests and team members.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead and support the Front of House team during daily operations
- Create a welcoming, hospitality-focused guest experience
- Train, coach, and develop team members
- Oversee shift operations and maintain service, cleanliness, and brand standards
- Handle guest concerns and help keep the restaurant running smoothly
- Lead by example and take ownership of your shift
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 1 year of restaurant management or AGM experience
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service
- Energetic, hands-on, and comfortable leading a team
- Must be 21+ and available to work full-time, including weekends
