Forklift Operator – 3rd Shift
Kimco Staffing is partnering with an established manufacturing company in Huntington Beach, CA, to hire experienced Sit-Down and Cherry Picker Forklift Operators for a busy, safety-focused warehouse environment.
Schedule
• Monday–Friday
• Overtime and/or weekend work may be required based on business needs
• Schedule Option 1: 10:00 PM–6:05 AM
• Schedule Option 2: 11:25 PM–7:30 AM
Pay
• Base pay: $19.00/hour
• 3rd-shift differential: $1.50/hour
• Total 3rd-shift rate: $20.50/hour
Responsibilities
• Operate sit-down forklifts to safely move, load, unload, stage, and put away materials.
• Operate a cherry picker forklift as required.
• Transport pallets and products to designated locations.
• Complete routine equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Follow company safety policies, operating procedures, and applicable forklift requirements.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
Qualifications
• Recent experience operating both sit-down and cherry picker forklifts.
• Warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and handle materials weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to work reliably in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to successfully complete required pre-employment screening, which may include a background check and drug screening, consistent with applicable law and company policy.
