Performance Coach (Lead) Role:
-Works alongside Randstad talent (including taking the same breaks) with the elevated responsibility to produce & coach at the
same time.
-Contributes operationally, just as any other unit-producing employee.
-Sets an example of successful behavior while on assignment.
-This may include punctuality, observance of safety procedures, productive work habits, & utilizing down time effectively.
Responsible For:
-Team check-in (attendance tracking)
-Answering questions related to performing the job
-Communicate potential observed concerns to Randstad that occur on the floor
-Serve as extra set of eyes for safe behavior
-Act as champion to set the pace of production, drive positive morale, & attendance adherence
-Become a visible & recognizable mentor to your teammates & to new Randstad employees
Duties Include:
-Morning check-ins
-Point person for questions on the floor
-Direct people after safety school
-Back-up orientations
-Back-up trainer
-Trained as Safety Coach
-Monitoring dress code compliance
