We are looking for dependable and experienced painters to join our team for full-time work throughout Orange County.
WHAT WE EXPECT:
• Arrive on time and ready to work
• Maintain a professional and respectful attitude
• Follow instructions from the project supervisor
• Complete clean, detailed and high-quality work
• Properly protect floors, furniture, landscaping and customer property
• Keep the jobsite clean and organized
• Work efficiently with the team
• Treat customers and their homes with respect
• No drugs or alcohol on the jobsite
QUALIFICATIONS:
• At least 5 years of professional painting experience preferred
• Experience with interior and exterior painting
• Knowledge of preparation, masking, sanding, caulking and patching
• Ability to brush, roll and spray paint
• Comfortable working on ladders and exterior projects
• Reliable transportation to jobs throughout Orange County
• Dependable attendance and good communication
• Must be able to provide photos or references from previous painting work
Pay is based on experience and skill level. A paid working interview may be required.

Estamos buscando pintores responsables y con experiencia para trabajar tiempo completo en proyectos por todo el Condado de Orange.
LO QUE ESPERAMOS:

• Seguir las instrucciones del supervisor
• Realizar un trabajo limpio, detallado y de alta calidad
• Proteger correctamente los pisos, muebles, jardines y propiedad del cliente
• Mantener limpia y organizada el área de trabajo
• Trabajar eficientemente con el equipo
• Respetar a los clientes y sus hogares
• No se permiten drogas ni alcohol en el trabajo
REQUISITOS:
• Preferiblemente un mÃnimo de 5 años de experiencia profesional
• Experiencia en pintura interior y exterior
• Conocimiento de preparación, enmascarado, lijado, calafateo y reparaciones
• Experiencia pintando con brocha, rodillo y máquina de spray
• Capacidad para trabajar en escaleras y proyectos exteriores
• Transporte confiable para llegar a trabajos en todo el Condado de Orange
• Ser responsable, puntual y tener buena comunicación
• Poder proporcionar fotos o referencias de trabajos anteriores
El pago depende de la experiencia y el nivel de habilidad. Es posible que se requiera una prueba de trabajo pagada.
