The performance coach is assigned to a specific work area; or, he or she has the responsibility of impacting an entire shift or department (depending on the operational complexity). The function and expectations of a non-unit-producing performance coach are: Acts as on-site support for Randstad on site supervisors to help improve performance through coaching and reinforcing desirable behaviors. Attends pre-shift meetings to update Randstad talent about any changes in the workplace environment or [Client] expectations. Monitors production metrics and coaches talent on team goals and sets expectations on these metrics. Provides the site management team with specific details on skill sets needed and real work issues faced by employees. Observes and coaches talent as needed to reinforce safe work behaviors or correct undesirable behaviors. Observes talent in the work area to ensure they are working safely. Ensures the safety of talent by promoting safe operations. Observes, monitors, and reports to the supervisor any safety hazards which may cause injury.
Dress Code
Shirts or t-shirts must have sleeves and be without any holes or rips. Pants without any holes or rips. No profane or suggestive texts and images. Closed toe and steel toe footwear only.
