San Dimas Family & Sedation Dentistry in San Dimas is looking for an experienced Dental Assistant. \
This is a part time position for Monday - Thursday. We are looking for someone dependable, professional and organized.
Position Details:
Schedule ; Monday , Tues, Wed 8-5pm , Thurs 10am-6pm
Pay: Starting at $20 /hour + DOE
Experience: Minimum 3+ years of dental assistant experience required
Responsibilities:
Chairside assiting for general dentistry procedures
Sterilization and infection control
Taking impressions and digital scanning
Assist with crowns, fillings, extractions, root canals, and other general procedures
Maintaining instruments, supplies and treatment rooms
Providing excellent patient care
Supporting the doctor and team to keep the schedule running efficiently
What we're looking for
3+ years of dental assisting experience
Current California Xray Certification
Strong chairside assisting skills
Knowledge of proper sterilization and infection-control procedures
Able to anticipate doctor's needs and stay organized during procedures
Experience with Dentrix, Medit a Plus
