We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking Oyster Shucker to join our team in San Diego.
Must be available to work every Saturday 9AM-2:30PM. We are located at the Little Italy Farmers Market
Requirements:
- Must have restaurant or food-service experience
- Oyster shucking experience strongly preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Great attitude and customer-service skills
- Must be available for farmers markets and/or catering events
- Able to maintain a clean and organized workstation
Job Duties:
- Shuck and serve fresh oysters
- Prep seafood and ingredients
- Set up and break down the oyster station
- Maintain food-safety and cleanliness standards
- Interact with customers and provide great service
