Anita's has been serving Oceanside great Mexican food and even better hospitality for years, and we're looking for a warm, welcoming hostess to be the very first smile our guests see.
What you'll be doing:
Greeting guests with a genuine smile and making them feel at home from the second they walk in
Managing the waitlist and seating chart so tables turn smoothly and fairly
Answering the phone, taking to-go orders, and helping with reservations
Keeping the front area tidy, stocked, and welcoming
Working alongside servers and managers to keep the flow of service running smoothly
What we're looking for:
A friendly, upbeat personality — you genuinely enjoy people
Someone reliable who shows up on time and ready to go
Ability to stay calm and organized during a busy Friday night rush
Good communication skills (bilingual English/Spanish is a big plus, but not required)
Weekend and evening availability
Must be at least 17 years old
No experience necessary — we'll train you. A great attitude matters way more than a résumé.
