MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN – PART TIME – CYPRESS, CA
Apartment complex in Cypress is seeking a reliable and experienced Part-Time Maintenance Technician to join our team.
SCHEDULE:
Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Part-time, 27 hours per week
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle general apartment and property maintenance
Complete work orders and maintenance requests
Perform basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repairs
Troubleshoot and repair common property issues
Assist with apartment turnovers and make-ready work
Maintain common areas and property grounds
Respond to maintenance needs in a timely and professional manner
Keep work areas clean and safe
QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous apartment/property maintenance experience preferred
General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry
Ability to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs
Reliable, punctual, and dependable
Must be able to work independently
Good communication and customer service skills
Valid driver's license preferred
