IT Operations Coordinator.
The IT Operations Coordinator will assist our 33 branches by:
- Provisioning new iPhones and iPads for new hires
- Enrolling and managing iDevices on Microsoft InTune MDM
- Managing our Verizon Wireless account and iDevice recycling
- DocuWare license management and form building
- Physically inventorying our IT hardware assets in our ERP platform
- Administering our Granite VoIP system and all VoIP support issues
- Working with our printer vendor for support issues and keeping toner stock updated
- Configuring ADP Time Clocks for new branches
