Overview
We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide exceptional technical support to our users. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of IT systems and a passion for helping others.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to user inquiries and provide troubleshooting assistance for hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other peripherals.
- Monitor and manage IT asset inventory.
- Document and track support requests using the help desk software.
- Assist in the deployment of new software and hardware solutions.
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on basic IT procedures.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a technical support or help desk role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office Suite.
- Familiarity with networking concepts and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Nice to have
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL, or similar.
- Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
- Understanding of Mac OS and Linux environments.
