We’re looking for a self-motivated Business Operation Analyst who can bring structure, clarity, and execution to a fast-moving, deeply technical environment.

💰 Salary: $40,000 – $60,000 (based on experience and qualifications)
🔍 What You’ll Do
- Own and optimize company-wide operational workflows across production, logistics, customer management, R&D, and marketing
- Drive cross-functional alignment by working closely with R&D and production teams to track milestones and unblock execution
- Act as a key interface between internal teams and external clients—managing relationships, feedback loops, and delivery expectations
- Lead coordination of customized projects, ensuring timelines, resources, and outcomes stay tightly aligned
- Build data-driven operational insights to improve efficiency, scalability, and decision-making
🧠What We’re Looking For
- Background in business, operations, management, data science, or related fields (STEM strongly preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree is a plus
- 0–1 year of experience; high-potential candidates with strong internships/projects are encouraged to apply
- Exceptional analytical and reasoning ability with a strong bias toward data-driven thinking
- Solid data analysis skills (Excel, Python, or similar tools)
- Proven ability (academic or professional) to manage multi-threaded, complex projects
- Outstanding communication skills—able to bridge technical and business teams effectively
- Strong ownership mindset and team collaboration skills in fast-paced environments
- Experience in tech or industrial companies is a strong plus
- Experience in website design and maintenance is a plus
- Multi-lingual (English, Mandarin, etc.) capability is a plus
- Bonus: Familiarity with AI, robotics, or complex hardware-software systems (highly valued)
