In this role, you'll be responsible for creating compelling visual designs that strengthen brand identity across advertising, packaging, merchandising, print, and digital channels. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative professional with experience in the beauty, fragrance, or fashion industry who is passionate about delivering high-quality, brand-driven design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative concepts and high-quality visual designs that align with brand standards and marketing objectives.
- Design advertising campaigns, product packaging, retail merchandising materials, print collateral, digital assets, and brand communications.
- Create production-ready artwork while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and packaging specifications.
- Collaborate with marketing, brand management, and production teams to execute creative projects from concept through final delivery.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Review and proof creative materials to ensure design accuracy, quality, and production readiness.
- Maintain exceptional attention to typography, color, layout, and overall visual aesthetics.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience within the beauty, fragrance, or fashion industry.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative excellence across print, digital, packaging, and branding projects.
- Expert proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Strong understanding of packaging production, print processes, artwork preparation, and file specifications.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to producing polished, brand-consistent creative.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Bachelor degree is strongly preferred.
