Location: New York, NY
Pay: $50-52
Duration: 6-month contract with the possibility to extend or convert.
Schedule: Hybrid

In this role, you'll be responsible for creating compelling visual designs that strengthen brand identity across advertising, packaging, merchandising, print, and digital channels. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative professional with experience in the beauty, fragrance, or fashion industry who is passionate about delivering high-quality, brand-driven design.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop creative concepts and high-quality visual designs that align with brand standards and marketing objectives.
Design advertising campaigns, product packaging, retail merchandising materials, print collateral, digital assets, and brand communications.
Create production-ready artwork while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and packaging specifications.
Collaborate with marketing, brand management, and production teams to execute creative projects from concept through final delivery.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Review and proof creative materials to ensure design accuracy, quality, and production readiness.
Maintain exceptional attention to typography, color, layout, and overall visual aesthetics.

Qualifications:

5+ years of professional graphic design experience within the beauty, fragrance, or fashion industry.
Strong portfolio demonstrating creative excellence across print, digital, packaging, and branding projects.
Expert proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Strong understanding of packaging production, print processes, artwork preparation, and file specifications.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to producing polished, brand-consistent creative.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
Bachelor degree is strongly preferred.
