Apex Heating & Air Conditioning is looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Customer Service Representative to become the first voice our customers hear. If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you.
This position is ideal for someone with customer service experience who thrives on multitasking and providing outstanding customer care.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls professionally and courteously.
Schedule service calls, maintenance appointments, and installations.
Coordinate technician schedules for maximum efficiency.
Make outbound calls to confirm appointments and follow up with customers.
Promote maintenance memberships and seasonal promotions.
Respond to customer inquiries through phone, text, and email.
Enter accurate customer information into our CRM.
Communicate effectively with technicians and management.
Assist with invoicing, collecting payments, and general office duties as needed.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every interaction.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of customer service or call center experience.
HVAC, plumbing, or home service industry experience is preferred but not required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
Comfortable handling multiple phone lines.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
Compensation
$22–$30 per hour, depending on experience.
