Under general supervision, this journey-level technical office manager position provides comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the principal of an elementary school, manages daily office operations, and ensures the smooth functioning of the school environment. While not supervisory, this role coordinates the work of classified staff. This role involves overseeing various office tasks, coordinating communication, managing records, responding to student and staff-related matters, and supporting the principal in maintaining school policies, budgets, and activities.
