Lead Carpenter / Finish Carpenter – Trade Show & Custom Fabrication
Location: Tustin, CA
We are looking for experienced Lead Carpenters and Finish Carpenters to join our growing team. We build high-end custom trade show exhibits, retail displays, and specialty projects in a fast-paced shop environment.
Responsibilities:
* Read and interpret shop drawings.
* Build custom wood structures and cabinets.
* Operate woodworking equipment safely.
* Install laminates, hardware, and finished components.
* Work with CNC-cut parts and detailed fabrication drawings.
* Maintain quality, accuracy, and productivity.
* Keep work areas clean and organized.
* Work overtime and weekends when project schedules require.
Qualifications:
* 3+ years of finish carpentry or cabinet-making experience preferred.
* Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings.
* Experience with table saws, routers, chop saws, and other woodworking tools.
* Positive attitude and dependable attendance.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
