PostalAnnex #23 in Poway is looking for a friendly, reliable, and professional California Notary Public to join our team.
This is more than a notary position. You will also help customers with shipping, printing, mailbox services, passport photos, and other everyday PostalAnnex services. We provide training on our systems and store procedures.
What You’ll Do
* Perform notarial services for customers
* Provide friendly and professional customer service
* Process UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL shipments
* Assist with printing and print projects, including copies, flyers, business cards, posters, banners, and other custom jobs
* Assist with scanning, faxing, laminating, and binding
* Take passport photos
* Assist customers with private mailbox services
* Process POS transactions and payments
* Answer phones and customer questions
* Help keep the store clean, organized, and professional
* Learn PostalAnnex systems and procedures
We’re Looking For Someone Who Is
* Currently commissioned as a California Notary Public preferred
* Reliable and punctual
* Friendly and comfortable working with customers
* Detail-oriented and organized
* Comfortable with computers and learning new software
* Able to multitask in a busy environment
* Willing to learn shipping and printing services
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in a UPS Store, FedEx Office, PostalAnnex, print shop, shipping store, office services, or similar business is a plus.
Schedule
* 20–30 hours per week
* Must have flexible availability
* Weekend availability, including Sundays, is important
Compensation
Starting at $19.50/hour + $3 for each notarization performed.
Additional growth opportunities may be available based on performance, reliability, and experience.
