Postal Annex #23 in Poway is hiring a part-time Sales / Customer Service Associate .

Pay:
• $18.00/hr

Immediate opening — hiring as soon as the right candidate is found.

Schedule:
• Part-time, afternoon shifts
• Must be available Saturdays and/or Sundays
• Store hours: Mon–Fri 9am–6pm | Sat 9am–4pm | Sun 9am-1pm|

Duties:
• Provide friendly and professional customer service at the counter
• Assist customers with shipping, mailbox, printing, and photo-printing services
• Use computers, POS systems, shipping software, and other store technology
• Operate printers, photo kiosks, and finishing equipment
• Perform hands-on tasks related to printing and store services
• Enjoy talking with and assisting members of the local community

Requirements:
• Excellent attendance and punctuality are REQUIRED
• Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused
• Reliable and detail-oriented
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using computers, POS systems, and different software programs
• Able to learn new computer systems and procedures quickly
• This position is ideal for someone who lives in or near Poway and is familiar with the local community
• Retail or office experience preferred
• California Notary is a plus (or willingness to become one)
