Hot Diggity Dog Resort is hiring a full-time Dog Bather to join our team in Escondido. If you're reliable, hardworking, and light up around dogs, we want to hear from you. Bathing experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person — what matters most is a great attitude and a genuine love for animals. Would love someone who wants to become (or is) a Dog Groomer.
What you'll do
Bathe, dry, and brush dogs of all sizes and breeds
Trim nails, clean ears, and handle basic grooming prep
Keep the bathing area clean, safe, and well-stocked
Handle dogs calmly and confidently — including the wiggly, the nervous, and the just-rolled-in-something types
Work alongside our care team to make sure every dog has a great day
What we're looking for
Comfortable handling dogs of all sizes and temperaments
Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long shifts
Dependable, on time, and a team player
Prior bathing or grooming experience preferred — not required, we'll train
Available to work weekends and holidays as needed
What you'll get
