Rare Society apart of Trust restaurant group is seeking a skilled high level cook with open fire experience. We cook all of our steaks over red oak firewood with in house butchery the expectations and guest experience is our focus. High volume restaurant opened for dinner 6 nights a week, where this position is full time 40 plus hours a week, and the start time is 2 pm daily. We would expect that you will have live fire and meat cookery experience.
Pay is up to $27 per hour with tips.
Position is available immediately post interview and skills test.
