We’re partnering with a leading financial services firm to hire a Business Analyst for its Digital Product team.
Charlotte, NC – In-Person/Hybrid
W-2 Contract
Targeting $50-$60 per hour
What You’ll Need
- 3-5 years of Business Analyst experience, preferably within banking or financial services.
- Experience supporting digital products, platforms, applications, or customer-facing technology solutions.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery and the digital product lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, business requirements, and functional requirements.
- Experience with backlog management, UAT, defect tracking, and stakeholder management.
- Strong working knowledge of JIRA and Confluence.
- Ability to communicate effectively with Product Owners, developers, QA teams, Operations, and senior business stakeholders.
