North San Diego Area plastic injection molding facility looking for a plastic injection molding setup/process tech to oversee 3rd Shift.
Key responsibilities for plastic injection molding setup and process technician include:
Troubleshooting problems
Completing Mold changeovers quickly
Setup and start injection molding machines
Conduct daily quality audits and monitor overall shift quality
Minimize equipment downtime by identifying defects and making adjustments to machines to ensure parts pass quality standards
Provide direction to other employees on Shift
Mixing and loading materials
Requirements for Plastic Molding Setup and Process Technician:
MUST have prior experience in mold setup and processing
Strong mechanical ability
Strong leadership skills
Strong decision making skills
Safe work habits
Salary $23-30 DOE.
