A part time, entry level worker is needed for cleaning, minor repairs, landscape maintenance, and set-up tables and chairs for park functions in a senior mobile home park in San Marcos.
General hours are M,W,F, 8:00 am - noon, with additional hours available when the need arises.
Qualifications:
Must be able to work in the U.S., speak some English, have reliable transportation, and have no criminal background.
Previous experience is helpful but not required. We will provide training, including instruction in irrigation systems.
Starting pay is $20/hour, with 7 paid holidays per year and paid sick leave. Also, 5 vacation days after 1 year of employment.
