We are seeking an experienced, nurturing, and collaborative Montessori Kindergarten Co-Teacher/Assistant to join our dedicated team of educators.

Qualifications
Montessori training and/or significant Montessori classroom experience is required. Applicants without Montessori experience will not be considered.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have Montessori certification (AMI, AMS, or MACTE-accredited program) or substantial experience working in a Montessori Kindergarten environment.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of Montessori philosophy and child development.
- Work collaboratively as part of a teaching team.
- Foster a calm, respectful, and engaging classroom environment.
- Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Be organized, dependable, and proactive.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Support the Lead Teacher in maintaining an authentic Montessori classroom.
- Present lessons and guide children according to Montessori principles.
- Observe children's development and assist with record keeping.
- Prepare and maintain the learning environment.
- Supervise children both indoors and outdoors.
- Communicate professionally with families and colleagues.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school events.
