CPRCART.com is seeking an experienced, high-performing B2B Sales Executive to help scale one of the fastest-growing innovations in healthcare education.
This is an opportunity to sell a service that organizations already need. Many employers, healthcare providers, schools, and public safety organizations are required by workplace safety regulations, accreditation standards, licensing requirements, or employer policies to ensure personnel maintain current CPR certification. CPR CART modernizes how organizations meet those training requirements.
Our nationwide network of 24/7 Self-Service CPR Verification Stations allows organizations to provide American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Heartsaver certifications with greater convenience, flexibility, and efficiency.

Position Overview
This position is primarily based out of our Carlsbad, California office. The successful candidate is expected to report to the office most business days to collaborate with leadership, support staff, and marketing.
Depending on business needs, the role may also include:
Local and nationwide travel to meet with clients and attend conferences.
On-site presentations and demonstrations.
Limited remote work when appropriate and approved.
Developing strategic relationships with key enterprise accounts across the country.

What We're Looking For
Proven B2B sales success with a track record of closing large accounts.
Experience selling to executive leadership, healthcare organizations, education, or enterprise clients.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Highly motivated self-starter with strong prospecting abilities.
Ability to develop and manage long-term strategic relationships.
Willingness to travel as needed.
Ability to work from our Carlsbad office while balancing client meetings, travel, and approved remote work.
Compensation
$10,000 per month base salary
