About the Role

In this role, you'll be the go-to resource for employees who need assistance with hardware, software, systems, and day-to-day technology challenges. Whether you're troubleshooting a laptop issue, helping someone regain access to an important application, or setting up equipment for a new team member, your work will have a direct impact on the productivity and success of the organization.

What You'll Do
- Provide technical support to employees by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
- Respond to support requests in a timely, professional, and customer-focused manner.
- Set up, configure, and maintain computers, mobile devices, printers, and other technology equipment.
- Assist with onboarding new employees by preparing workstations, user accounts, and system access.
- Support Microsoft 365, email systems, collaboration tools, and business applications.
- Monitor and maintain technology assets to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Document support requests, solutions, and system updates accurately.
- Work closely with team members and vendors to resolve complex technical issues.
- Help identify opportunities to improve processes, user experience, and overall IT operations.
- Educate and guide users on technology best practices and security awareness.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in IT support, help desk, desktop support, or a similar role.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a way that is easy for non-technical users to understand.
- Experience supporting Windows and/or macOS environments.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking fundamentals, and common business applications.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A positive attitude, patience, and a customer-service mindset.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and remain calm under pressure.
