Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Junior Real Estate Paralegal located in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale area. The candidate with assist the head Real Estate Paralegal with legal document preparation, conduct due diligence, review and analyze title insurance documents, request estoppels, payoffs, and assist with closing packages.
The role is NOT remote and requires an in person dedicated candidate who is experienced with real estate, has worked in a law firm or title company previously, knows the lingo, and can handle real estate files on their own.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of contracts a plus
- Experience requesting estoppels, lien searches, payoffs
- Knowledge of Title Insurance practices and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
