Tony Sciarrino Stone, Inc. is looking for an experienced Stone Slab Installer to join our installation team. We fabricate and install high-end quartz, quartzite, marble, granite, porcelain, and other natural stone products throughout Southern California.
We are seeking a skilled installer who takes pride in quality workmanship, professionalism, and customer service.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience installing stone countertops
Must have your own professional installation tools
Experience installing quartz, granite, marble, quartzite, porcelain, and other stone materials
Ability to read shop drawings and installation layouts
Ability to accurately seam, level, shim, secure, and finish installations
Experience with islands, waterfalls, mitered edges, full-height backsplashes, fireplaces, shower panels, and other custom installations
Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
Ability to safely lift and move heavy materials with a team
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with laser templating is a plus
Ability to troubleshoot installation issues in the field
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
PPE & Safety Requirements (Mandatory)
Safety is a condition of employment.
All installers are required to:
Wear safety glasses when required
Wear hearing protection when operating equipment
Wear cut-resistant gloves when handling stone
Wear steel-toe boots on job sites and in the shop
Wear company-approved respirators whenever required
Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
Maintain a clean and professional job site
