Job Title: Concrete Laborer

About the Role
We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Concrete Laborer to join our construction team. This position supports concrete crews with site preparation, concrete placement, finishing assistance, cleanup, and general labor duties. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, physically fit, and eager to work in a fast-paced construction environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with site preparation, excavation, and formwork.
• Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Help place, spread, and level concrete under the direction of the crew.
• Assist concrete finishers with edging, joint cutting, curing, and cleanup.
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely.
• Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and job sites.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other general labor duties as assigned.
Qualifications
• Previous construction or concrete experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50 lbs., bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
