**Lead HVAC Installer Wanted**

**First Response Air Conditioning & Heating, Inc. is seeking to immediately hire experienced Lead HVAC Installers to join our team.**
We are looking to fill this position with an experienced and qualified individual who is capable of leading installation crews and managing job sites. This is a working lead position. Candidates will be expected to actively work in the field installing HVAC systems while overseeing crew members, completing job documentation, and communicating project progress with upper management.

First Response Air Conditioning & Heating, Inc. has been serving Southern California since 1999. We perform work in all sectors of the HVAC industry, including:
* Commercial Tenant Improvements (T.I.)
* Commercial New Construction
* Multifamily Construction
* Residential Change-Outs
* Residential New Construction
* Commercial and Residential Service
Installers will be expected to be knowledgeable in HVAC installation, startup, commissioning, and troubleshooting procedures. Candidates should have experience with:
* Commercial HVAC Installation
* Residential HVAC Installation
* Multifamily Construction HVAC Systems
* Commercial and Residential Duct Installation
* Refrigerant Piping and Brazing
* Equipment Startup and Commissioning
* Reading Mechanical Plans and Specifications

* **$35 - $45 per hour + bonus**

### Requirements
* Minimum 5 years HVAC installation experience preferred
* Must be able to braze copper refrigerant piping
* EPA Certification preferred
* Valid California Driver's License
* Strong communication and leadership skills
