We're Hiring – Junior Construction Estimator
We're looking for a Junior Construction Estimator to join our team in Santa Ana.
We're a family-owned specialty exterior contractor that's been in business for over 30 years, working with some of the top custom home builders throughout Orange County and Los Angeles. We specialize in high-end exterior siding, trim, and architectural millwork.
This is a great opportunity for someone who's organized, self-motivated, and wants to build a long-term career in construction estimating.
Responsibilities include:
Learning how to read plans and perform material takeoffs
Preparing estimates and proposal documents
Organizing project files and keeping material pricing up to date
Assisting with invoices and change orders
Splitting time between the office and the field, assisting with job walks, field measurements, change orders, and laying out crews (company gas card provided for field work)
We're looking for someone who:
Is organized and detail-oriented
Is comfortable using computers (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, email)
Communicates professionally
Has construction experience (a plus, but not required)
Previous estimating experience is a plus, but not required
Is eager to learn and take initiative
Office: Santa Ana, CA
Projects: Dana Point to Los Angeles
Pay: $25–$31/hr, depending on experience, with performance-based growth
