We are a growing B2B wellness and beauty product company looking for a highly creative, organized, marketing-driven operator to help support brand growth, content, campaigns, events, and day-to-day business execution.
This role is ideal for someone who is not just “good at admin,” but genuinely understands marketing, content, funnels, social media, AI tools, email campaigns, paid ads, performance metrics, and what it takes to help a startup grow.
We are looking for someone who can come in with ideas, take initiative, help organize moving pieces, execute tasks using AI, and grow with the company as we scale.
About the Role
This is a hybrid Los Angeles-based position starting at approximately 20 hours per week, with in-person support needed about once per week for content creation, meetings, events, or business needs.
You will work closely with the founder to help execute marketing ideas, organize content, track campaigns, support events, manage projects, and bring creative growth ideas to the table.
This is a great fit for someone who enjoys beauty, wellness, social media, branding, AI, and startup energy — someone who can think strategically but also roll up their sleeves and get things done.
