-Underwrite multiple bonds a day.
-Quickly answer and solve any problems or questions pertaining to the bail process.
-Accurately type legal documents in a timely manner.
-Operate computer and phone systems efficiently.
-Obtain essential information to close bonds.
-Provide excellent customer service while also building rapport with clients.
-Work closely with management to provide updates.
-Prioritize multiple incoming phone calls at a time.
-Transmit information to the local office to post bonds and handle client paperwork.
-Thoroughly explain insurance paperwork to clients.
-Visit potential clients in custody as needed.
-Meet clients in person (as needed).
-Service courthouse postings (as needed).
-Negotiate bail bond premiums in accordance with company policies and training.
-Conduct post bail check-ins.
-Complete client files post check-in.
-Adhere to the underwriting authority as directed by management.
-Assist with requesting and picking up exonerations from the courts.
-Assist in marketing activities.
-Build strategic relationships in the community.
-Request client reviews.
-Collect payments.
-Send payment reminders in accordance with company policies and training.
