The Role
• Install, configure, service, repair, and maintain Information Technology (IT) systems.
• Integrate multiple Information Systems (IS) in a networked environment.
• Evaluate and resolve customer IT system issues.
• Perform necessary hardware upgrades and repairs to ensure mission capability.
• Install, optimize, and troubleshoot Local Area Networks (LAN) and Base Area Networks (BAN).
What You'll Need
• High school diploma or GED and 2 years of relevant IT experience.
• US Citizenship with an active DOD Secret clearance.
• A relevant IT certification (CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA, MTA, or MCSA).
• Experience with network protocols and technologies such as IPv6, EIGRP, BGP, VLANs, VPNs, and NAT.
