Motorcycle Dealership Admin and Instagram Support
We are looking for a dependable Admin and Instagram Support person to help with day to day dealership operations.
This is not a sales position. We already have a salesperson. We need someone who is good with computers, understands motorcycles, can communicate professionally with customers, and can help keep things organized.
About the Role
You will help answer calls, texts, Instagram messages, and online inquiries. You will assist with basic motorcycle questions, help with finance applications, handle computer based admin work, and support our team with customer communication and dealership paperwork.
Motorcycle knowledge is required. You do not need to be a mechanic, but you need to know enough about motorcycles to speak with customers comfortably. It is a big plus if you ride or have real motorcycle experience.
What You Will Do
Answer incoming phone calls, texts, Instagram messages, and online inquiries
Help customers with basic motorcycle questions, availability, pricing, and general information
Forward serious buying questions to the salesperson
Submit finance applications and help customers through the finance pre approval process
Use lender portals, email, CRM systems, websites, and spreadsheets
Post and assist with content on Instagram
Respond to Instagram messages professionally
Help organize customer files and dealership paperwork
Support general admin tasks around the dealership
Requirements
Motorcycle knowledge is required
Must be comfortable using Instagram and responding to messages
Strong computer skills
Fast typing and good attention to detail
Comfortable multitasking
Good communication and customer service skills
Reliable, punctual, and organized
Good attitude and team focused
Bonus If You Have
You ride motorcycles
Speak Spanish
Experience in a motorcycle dealership, powersports business, or customer service
Experience creating simple Instagram posts and stories
