Now Hiring Servers - Mr. Peabody's Encinitas
Mr. Peabody's has been an Encinitas staple for over 20 years, known for nightly live music, a loyal crowd, scratch-made food, and a busy neighborhood bar atmosphere.
We're looking for full-time or part-time servers to join our team.
Compensation: $16.90/hour + tips
Experience Level: Mid-level (experience required)
What we're about:
- Nightly live music, including jazz, rock, karaoke, and more
- High-quality food made fresh in-house
- Classic cocktails, beer, and a fast-paced service environment
- Sports bar energy on game days
- A strong base of regulars and community atmosphere
What we're looking for:
- Serving experience (intermediate level or higher)
- Knowledge of cocktails, beer, and basic spirits
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Ability to handle a busy floor and multitask
- Flexible availability
